PRIZES
Grand Prizes: There are two (2) Grand Prizes (each a “Grand Prize”, and collectively the “Grand Prizes”) available to be won. Each Grand Prize constitutes two (2) tickets to a 2026 FIFA World Cup™ opening game in Canada, one (1) $1,000 travel voucher, one (1) $1,000 hotel voucher, and $500.00 CAD spending money. Toronto opening game is scheduled to occur Friday, June 12, 2026, and Vancouver opening game is scheduled to occur Saturday, June 13, 2026. Each Prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $5,800.00 CAD.
Instant Prizes: There are one hundred (100) “Instant Prizes” available to be won. Each Instant Prize is one (1) Coca-Cola® and FIFA World Cup 2026™ branded sports bag. The ARV of each Instant Prize is $50.00 CAD.
There is a limit of one (1) Instant Prize awarded per user. Instant Prize winners are eligible for the Grand Prize draw.
From time to time herein, the Grand Prizes and Instant Prizes may be individually referred to as a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”.

HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER INCREASE OR OTHERWISE IMPACT YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING IN THIS CONTEST.
a) WITH PURCHASE:
Locate the UPC code on any participating Coca-Cola® beverage (See full list of participating products in Appendix A). Scan the in-store contest QR code at participating Walmart locations in Canada during the Contest Period using a compatible internet browser. Regular text messaging rates, airtime, data, and carrier charges may apply.
Fill in the required fields and accept the GOcxm terms and conditions. Promotion entrants will be required to consent to receiving electronic messages, and the collection, use, storage, and disclosure, of their personal information by Sponsor and GOcxm for the purposes of the Promotion via text message to complete their entry;
An instant “scratch and win” screen will appear, move your finger across the “scratch here” on the screen to see if you are a potential Instant Prize winner (subject to correctly answering a skill-testing question). Instant Prize winners will be directed to complete a claim form;
You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion for the Grand Prize.
Follow the on-screen instructions and fully complete the online entry form with all required information, including the UPC code found on your Qualifying Purchase. Once you have fully completed the Entry Form with all required information, follow the on-screen instructions to submit your completed Entry Form (the “Entry”).
If the information you have submitted in accordance with these Official Rules is eligible, you will receive one (1) entry into the Contest (an “Entry”).
b) TO ENTER WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Contest without making a Qualifying Purchase, hand print your first name, last name, valid email address, valid cellular telephone number with area code, date of birth and complete mailing address (including postal code) and a minimum 250 words (or more) unique and original handwritten essay explaining what the FIFA World Cup™ means to you at 379 Adelaide Street West, 2nd Floor, Toronto, ON M5V 1S5 (the “Contest Address”). Upon receipt of a valid Request in accordance with these Official Rules, you will receive one (1) unique alphanumeric code (collectively, the “Request”). Upon receipt of a valid Request in accordance with these Official Rules, you will receive one (1) unique alphanumeric code (a “No Purchase Code”). To be eligible, a Request must be submitted and received during the Contest Period. The Contest Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed or incomplete Requests (all of which are void). Once you have a valid No Purchase Code legitimately obtained in accordance with these Official Rules, you must visit the Website using a compatible internet browser during the Contest Period and follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to: (i) fully complete the Entry Form with all required information, including your No Purchase Code; and (ii) signify your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Official Rules.
